Who am I? What am I like – inside and out?
These are questions without fixed answers. We change, we move, we breathe. Yet something constant remains – something that makes each of us truly ourselves.

This workshop invites participants to explore these questions through the practice of self-portrait – not static, but alive and breathing. A portrait that reflects not only outer features but also inner states, emotions, and rhythms of being.

Using frame-by-frame animation, we will observe our own image and discover how drawing can become a way of seeing, understanding, and befriending oneself. Participants will work both from life carefully sketching their visible features and from imagination, using abstract forms to express inner sensations and moods.

This immersive process will help each participant connect more deeply with themselves and see their own reflection through the eyes of both an artist and a friend.
