The Online Store Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Union’s e-commerce platform – overseeing sales of publications, limited editions, and merchandise, while shaping a high-quality client experience in the digital space.
Responsibilities
Maintain and regularly update the online product catalog – including artists’ works, publications, and limited editions.
Prepare and edit product descriptions, press materials, and authors’ statements.
Process customer orders: intake, coordination, shipping, and client communication.
Manage payment processes and returns in accordance with the Union’s commercial policy.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and optimize product assortment.
Coordinate with delivery services and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with the commercial, content, and PR teams to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience managing an online store or e-commerce platform.
Proficiency with CMS systems or e-commerce tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Tilda, or similar).
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging product descriptions.
Basic understanding of photography, art publishing, and visual products.
Familiarity with analytics tools and sales optimization principles.
Attention to detail, reliability, and customer-focused approach.
